StripePing

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 31, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StripePing ("we", "us", "the service") at https://stripeping.pages.dev. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

StripePing provides webhook endpoints that verify payment events from supported gateways and forward human-readable alerts to Telegram and/or Discord. Plans, features, and pricing are shown on our website at the time of purchase.

2. Accounts & billing

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment partner (Bachs) until cancelled.
  • Starter and Pro plans differ by gateway count and alert channels as described at checkout.
  • We may change pricing for new subscribers with reasonable notice; existing billing periods are honored.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to process illegal transactions, spam webhook endpoints, attempt to bypass security, or resell access without permission. You are responsible for configuring your payment providers correctly and keeping signing secrets confidential.

4. Availability & disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" on Cloudflare's edge network. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of alerts. You should not rely on StripePing as your only record of payments — always use your gateway dashboards as the source of truth.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed revenue from delayed or failed notifications. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Cancellation

You may stop using the service at any time. Contact us or cancel through your payment provider where available. Upon cancellation, webhook URLs may stop working at the end of your paid period.
